ZAP Fitness is located on 60 acres in a valley of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains outside the towns of Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Specializing in adult running vacations, Zap also offers a variety of camps such as a women's mini camp, a racing camp which includes local road races, and a specific marathon prep mini camp. Set in a tranquil environment near the Blue Ridge Parkway, a camp or a vacation with Zap centers around high -caliber education about the sport of running and how to best train for events. In addition to housing resident elite athletes and corporate offices, Zap's state-of-the-art facility has an exercise physiology lab for VO2max and lactate threshold testing, a full weight training facility, and a dining area.
